I am a financial advisor who blends analytical rigor with a practical, client-first mindset. After passing the SIE and Series 65, I joined Black Oak to support clients with investment research, financial planning fundamentals, and day-to-day decision-making.
My advisory approach is shaped by a 13-year career in the staffing industry, where I rose from Account Executive to Senior Vice President. In that role, I led an organization of more than 200 colleagues — including over 20 leaders across sales, operations, and marketing — and oversaw multiple brands in the education and healthcare sectors throughout the southern United States.
During my tenure, I helped guide the company’s growth from a small cap valuation to $2.4 billion valuation and played a key role in both the process and management of selling the organization to private equity firms in 2020 and again in 2024. This experience gave me a deep understanding of organizational dynamics, strategic decision-making, and the financial considerations that shape long-term success.
I bring that same structure and discipline into my advisory work — helping clients organize their financial lives, clarify long-range goals, and make decisions grounded in evidence rather than noise.
I am an active participant in Ironman and long-distance trail running. Wealth building and financial freedom have similarities to endurance sport — preparation, resilience, and consistency.
Based in Atlanta, I am married with two kids. When I’m not working with clients, I enjoy coaching my kid’s sport teams, golf, traveling and training for my next endurance race.
