Ryan Ledden, CFP®, RICP®

Founder & President

Ryan has lived in the Atlanta area his entire life where he attended Parkview High School in the mid 90’s. He went on to play professional baseball in two different organizations, then to University of Georgia where he majored in Economics, taught Economics, and coached at Brookwood High School. He owns his own financial advisory practice where he teaches and coaches his clients to financial success.

Ryan resides in Cumming, Georgia with his wife, Stephanie, and his two children, Lindy and Lucas.  Ryan is the president of Black Oak Asset Management and has a designation of a Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®).  Ryan is a big advocate for Dave Ramsey.  Ryan taught his high school curriculum of personal finance when he was a teacher, has taught Financial Peace University at his church (Browns Bridge Church) and now he is a SmartVestor Pro.

Nick Morgan, RICP®

Financial Advisor

Nick is a Fiduciary/ Financial Planner with Black Oak Asset Management. He has over eight years of expertise in the Financial Planning Industry and 3 years as a Ramsey SmartVestor Pro. Nick graduated in 2005 from the University of Georgia and received his postgraduate education from Liberty University Rawlings School of Divinity (2010 & 2011).

Nick was an Educator for six years and coached Cross-Country as well as Track & Field. He loved teaching leadership classes and coaching, but felt called to educating a different audience. Having a CPA as a father, he learned a wealth of sound financial principles early in life and desires to educate others on financial stewardship. He wants to incorporate his passion for planning & investing with educating individuals on gaining financial clarity. Nick carries the designation of RICP®- Retirement Income Certified Professional after completing extensive coursework.

Autumn Mower

Financial Advisor

Autumn’s passion for finance started early in life through exposures to her parents’ careers in the financial industry.  She was also taught the various facets of running a business. Her family owned a manufacturing company where she learned the ropes and what makes a successful and profitable company.

Her years of experience include biotechnology, insurance, and financial planning as a Ramsey SmartVestor Pro.

She and her husband Chris have 2 daughters (Brynn and Shay). Autumn enjoys exercising, reading, traveling and spends most of her free time participating in her kids’ many sports endeavors-rarely missing a practice or game.

Damon Gibbs

Financial Advisor

Damon Gibbs is a retirement planner and financial advisor with Black Oak Asset Management. He has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from North Georgia College, a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Georgia, and a Doctor of Education Degree from the University of Georgia. He has dedicated his professional life to educating and serving others. He has had a life-long passion for personal finance and is dedicated to helping families find financial peace and prosperity through sound decision making.

Damon and his wife, Stefanie, live in Dawson County. He enjoys spending time with family, boating and playing golf. Damon would love an opportunity to discuss your financial needs and develop a comprehensive plan that works for you and your family.

Parnick Jennings

Financial Advisor

Parnick Jennings joined Black Oak in May of 2011. Parnick works with individual investors to help identify, plan and meet their investment objectives. He does this by developing customized investment solutions based on the unique goals, preferences, and characteristics of each investor. More specifically, he works with the client in identifying specific financial goals, developing a strategy to reach those goals, and then encouraging the client to stay the course over the long term.

As a former small business owner, Parnick understands the needs of a business owner and is uniquely qualified to assist both owners and employees in preparation for a comfortable retirement. Parnick has used his extensive experience in both financial planning and coaching to arm investors with the truth so that they can make educated choices about their financial future.

Susan Holliday

Client Services Representative

Susan, after working for twenty-plus years in operations management and Human Resources for a large corporation, says she feels truly grateful to work part-time with Ryan and the Black Oak Team. She joined the team in November 2020 and works at the front desk, answering phones, along with other administrative duties. Susan, a Georgia native, now lives in North Forsyth County. She recently completed the Forsyth County Master Gardener training and is a volunteer at Northside Hospital – Forsyth. She enjoys all the things she didn’t have time for in the past: volunteering, cooking, gardening, playing with her rescue dog named George. Her most important job, however, is being grandmother to her only granddaughter, Celia Jo.

Andrea Roche

Project Manager & Advisor Support

Andrea was born in Toronto Canada, moving to Georgia at the age of 12. She became an American citizen in 2015.

Working in the car business for 20 years, Andrea started as a part time receptionist and eventually worked her way up to Procurement Department manager for 12 stores in the Southeast region. Desiring a change of scenery, she left her career in the automotive accounting industry to join Black Oak in January of 2022.

Andrea is the wife of Tom Roche, general manager of a prominent Collision Center in the Gwinnett area. Andrea and Tom have 2 daughters: Sophia and Ella. When she’s not taking her daughters to practices, games or lessons, Andrea enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants with her husband and spending time with friends and family.
