I am the chief operating officer and a financial advisor at Black Oak Asset Management. My professional background includes experience in biotechnology, insurance, and business operations, as well as early exposure to entrepreneurship and financial decision-making through my family’s manufacturing business. Those experiences gave me a strong appreciation for structure, organization, and thoughtful planning.
As a financial advisor, I work with individuals and families across a wide range of life stages, helping them understand their financial options and develop plans that reflect their responsibilities and goals. I focus on holistic planning that looks beyond investments alone, incorporating retirement considerations, tax awareness, Social Security, Medicare, and long-term decision-making. Education is central to my approach, and I work to make complex topics easier to understand
In my role as COO, I oversee firm operations and processes to ensure consistency and a positive client experience across Black Oak. My operational background allows me to support both the advisory team and the clients we serve by creating clarity and structure behind the scenes.
Outside of work, I spend much of my time with my family and supporting my children’s activities. I value balance and bring that same practical mindset into my work with clients.
