Being a financial advisor isn’t always about pinching (aka micromanaging) every last penny you have.
What it’s about is spending your money smartly. This is good news if you thought that you’d have to live like a pauper to be financially responsible – it’s simply not true!
I’m all about getting the most for your money, and I love that you don’t have to spend a ton of money to make a huge boost to your lifestyle. If you play it smartly, you can make considerable upgrades to your life for a very reasonable cost!
Here are three of my favorites:
The Perfect Pillow. Have you been sleeping with the same pillow for the last few years? If so, you should replace it! Pillows get compressed over time, leading to neck and shoulder pain, and poor sleep. It’s unsanitary also – pillows are magnets for dust (and dust mites – ew!). You should replace them every one or two years and get a pillow protector.
Charge it! How annoying is it when you’re trying to use your phone while you’re charging it – and the cable’s too darn short? What evil dictator decreed that the standard cable length should be 3 feet? Grab a good quality longer one (I’ve seen them up to 10 glorious feet) and stop the madness.
Black Out Curtains. Shift workers, I see you – and you can see the sun blaring in your face when you’re trying to catch some z’s if you don’t have black out curtains. You can buy these sleep-savers at practically any price point and turn your room into your own personal haven of darkness. Sleep well, my friend!
Sales happen all the time, so keep an eye out for them to get the most bang for your buck.
There’s so much more where that came from. I can not only help you spend wisely to improve your quality of life in the short term, but long term too! Get in touch by calling 513-563-PLAN (7526) or just grabbing 15 minutes in my calendar right here. Talk soon?
