Although we like to think of ourselves as being totally logical when we’re making decisions (you know, after hours of painstaking effort and thorough research), the evidence points to the majority of us being shockingly emotional in our decision-making.
Sometimes this is relatively harmless – like spontaneously taking a day off from a stressful job and hitting the beach (especially if you can’t remember the last time you did that!).
But when it comes to money matters and investing, making emotional decisions can completely derail all the good decisions you’ve made in the past.
Check out this quick video I made for you that talks more about this phenomenon. If you have questions at all, don’t hesitate to reach out.
