I admit I could get a little more exercise. I just need to motivate myself more often.
If you’re in the same boat, you may enjoy this story. A 10-year-old girl from Georgia has been getting a lot of attention for her chiseled six-pack abs.
Lyza Brooks Mosier started gymnastics training when she was just four years old. She always had been in great shape, but she’s increased her workout routine over the past year. She fell in love with strength workouts (is that possible?) and has been waking up at 5:30 AM to train ever since.
She works out for about 30 hours a week, five days a week. Talk about determination!
I wouldn’t be surprised if she ends up bringing All Postshome the Olympic gold someday. Lyza’s mother says her daughter is completely self-motivated because she wants to become the best of the best.
And you know what? Lyza is exactly right. Even though the mere thought of doing what she’s doing makes me want to take a nap…
To become the best requires commitment, sacrifice, and a lot of hard work. It means putting in the hours to do something few people will do. And it means having an unwavering focus from your ultimate goal.
When it comes to helping you reach your financial goals, Money & Clarity also has an unwavering focus. Whether it’s waking up at 5:30 AM to work-out or kicking back and enjoying a leisurely morning on the beach, we want you to enjoy every minute of it. That’s why it’s important to focus on making the right choices today.
For help in making that happen, give us a call at 513-563-PLAN (7526) or book online today to schedule a free portfolio analysis. We can’t promise that you’ll have six-pack abs as a result, but your portfolio will get some “strength training” from our financially fit team.
