Today we finish our “The 20 Day Financial Fitness Challenge.”
Getting into financial shape requires discipline, commitment, and some creativity. We’ve covered a lot of different ways you can improve your financial status. We hope you got some great ideas from it.
And we’ll cross the finish line with a few more ways to increase your income:
1. Start up a side hustle business
Side hustle businesses are those you can easily launch on the side. Some suggestions: graphic design work, web development, SEO, copywriting, and writing web articles or blog posts. It depends on your skill set but if you have a good skill, chances are you can make money from it.
2. Rent out your home as a vacation rental
What Uber and Lyft did for your automobile, Airbnb did for your home. If you have a guest bedroom or unused living space, consider offering it as a rental for travelers. Running a rental takes some effort, but it could be lucrative if your home is in a heavily trafficked tourist destination.
3. Get your game on
Are you into video games? You can stream your gameplay and provide voice over services to persuade people to subscribe to your channel. You also can make money with video ads, donations, and sponsorships. Check out the site Twitch. Some of their most popular games are Hearthstone, League of Legends, Overwatch, and Player Unknown’s Battlegrounds.
4. YouTube tutorials
Another way to showcase your expertise or hobby is to create a YouTube channel. There are cooking channels, photography channels, beauty & fashion channels, and channels dedicated to “hacks” or fixes. It takes time to build a channel but once you do, some great opportunities can come your way.
When it comes to increasing your income, we at Matson & Cuprill know how to put more into your account. Why not give us a call us today at 513-563-PLAN (7526) or book online? Together we’ll create a “wealth channel” that can give you the kind of life you want and deserve.
